As the core heat-sealing inner layer material of aluminum-plastic film for new energy pouch lithium-ion batteries, Omay CPP film is widely used in aluminum-plastic composite films for power pouch cells and energy-storage pouch batteries. It provides cell sealing and protection, serving as a key substrate for pouch battery packaging.

The product adopts a three-layer co-extrusion structure consisting of a heat-sealing layer, a core layer, and a composite layer, with clear functional division: the surface heat-sealing layer achieves reliable heat-sealing closure; the middle core layer ensures mechanical support and barrier stability of the substrate; and the bottom composite layer firmly bonds to the aluminum foil substrate, adapting to the full aluminum-plastic film process of lamination, curing, deep drawing, and packaging.

Omay CPP film offers two product lines: dry-process and hot-process, with a wide range of specifications. The dry-process type features wetting tension ≥38 mN/m, with optional thicknesses of 30μm, 35μm, 40μm, 70μm, and 80μm; the hot-process type adopts a corona-free process, with optional thicknesses of 35μm, 44μm, 70μm, and 85μm. The coefficient of friction of both products can be stably controlled at ≤0.3. The material features low gel content and a clean, stable appearance; the hot-process product, relying on corona-free treatment, offers better surface cleanliness, effectively reducing the risk of leakage caused by gels and precipitates during battery packaging.

The product delivers outstanding overall performance: its low-friction characteristics allow smooth film travel during the deep-drawing and forming process of aluminum-plastic film; combined with excellent deep-drawing processability, it meets the deep stretching requirements of different cell cavities without pinholes or cracks after stretching. It offers a wide heat-sealing window, stable heat-sealing strength, and good edge-sealing consistency, while providing high bonding strength with aluminum foil so that the composite layer does not easily delaminate.

The substrate is suitable for large-scale continuous production of pouch batteries, balancing forming yield and long-term sealing reliability. It resists electrolyte corrosion and maintains stable edge sealing under long-term battery cycling and alternating high/low-temperature environments, effectively blocking moisture intrusion and protecting cell safety. Omay can customize the corresponding process and thickness specifications according to customers' differences in aluminum-plastic film formulation, deep-drawing process, and heat-sealing equipment, providing aluminum-plastic film manufacturers for new energy pouch batteries with a stable, high-yield inner heat-sealing substrate solution.
